1 Year Limited Warranty Policy

JOVS warrants your JOVS device for 1 year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship that arise from normal use of the device. 

What does the warranty cover? 

  • Manufacturing defects that prevent the device from functioning properly. 

What does the warranty not cover? 

  • Cosmetic changes due to wear and tear over time. 
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper use (including breakage). 
  • Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories). 
  • Returns due to user preference (e.g., wanting a different color). 

How to make a warranty claim: 

  • Contact JOVS customer service if you believe your device has a defect covered under the warranty. 
  • You must provide reasonable evidence that your claim date is within the warranty period. This typically includes your original purchase receipt. 
  • JOVS reserves the right to interpret the warranty terms and conditions. 

Important Notes: 

  • In some regions, a service fee of 20% of the order price may apply for warranty claims. Please contact JOVS customer service for details. 
  • Replacement devices provided under warranty are not eligible for a renewed 1-year warranty. 
  • JOVS can only offer replacements for warranty claims related to product quality issues. 

To ensure your warranty coverage: 

  • Please keep your original purchase receipt and the product's serial number for the duration of the warranty period.
