Return / Exchange / Refund

JOVS offers a 7-day return policy for defective products. Here's what you need to know: 

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any manufacturing defect. 
  • Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received, with no physical damage. 
  • Important Note: JOVS cannot accept returns for defective products once the package has been shipped. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact JOVS customer service if you discover a defect. 

Returned defective products are sent to our R&D center for analysis and are not meant to be re-sold. 

JOVS Order Cancellation Policy 

JOVS understands that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, simply send an email to contact@jovsbeauty.in requesting cancellation. 

Please note: A cancellation fee of 2-3% (maximum INR 1500) will apply to cover bank transaction and platform charges. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. 

JOVS Refund Policy (if applicable) 

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, JOVS will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days. 

Please note: Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may experience extended processing times due to logistics (3-4 weeks). 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

  • Check your bank account again. 
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. 
  • Contact your bank. There may be processing delays before your refund is posted. 

JOVS Repair / Product Service 

JOVS devices come with a 1-year warranty, Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may experience extended processing times due to logistics (1-2 weeks). In some cases, JOVS may request that you ship the product to a nearby service center.
